ED475 Leadership and Management in Higher Education

The primary purpose of this seminar course is to help students develop their own leadership and management skills. Key concepts covered include navigating organizational structures, organizational culture and organizational politics, as well as crafting strategy, becoming an agent of change, and working in teams. Students explore classic texts from inside and outside of education on leadership and management.
